Return Policy & Warrantees

Borman Violins uses the return policy of each retailer to set our return policies. Most distributors do not take any returns unless there is a material defect. For this reason we prefer not to drop ship directly to the customer. Instead we have the case shipped to us first so we can inspect it thoroughly for defects or problems before sending to you. All are covered under various warranties, and links each can be found below.

Musafia

ALL Musafia cases are special orders so no returns are ever accepted unless there is a material defect. In the case of a defect in workmanship, Musafia reserves the right to correct the issue or send a new case. We have never received a case with a defect.
